Our Team

Mr. Martin was purchaser for the Schüttmühle Berlin and is therefore your contact for the national and international mill industry. Furthermore, he is focused on the Hamburg- & Rostock paper-market for wheat and feed barley. Together with Mr. Manzke and Ms. Howaldt he is responsible for EU and non-EU business from Germany.

Mr. Strauss worked many years as a purchaser on the management level in an international retail trading company. Today he leads the sector feed grains on in national and international markets and is a specialist concerning market analyzes and forecasts tendencies of the markets.

Mr. Manzke studied agriculture in Neubrandenburg. As a Getreide AG trader he increased his experience in collecting grains and the export of grains. In our company, he is a generalist for feed grains and milling grains, as well as a specialist for pulses and milling by-products. In his spare time, he takes care of his parents’ farm, he loves to listen to music and plays a variety of sports.

Mr. Kacer studied logistics and is now responsible for the Polish and East European grain markets due to his polish roots. Additionally, he manages the import for feed grain and milling grains to Germany.

Ms. Schön joined the team in January 2018 and brings her many years of experiences in execution of different German collectors. Together with Mr. Kacer she is working on the East German markets for feed grains and milling grains. In her spare time, she likes reading books and spends time with her friends and family.

Ms. Howaldt started working for Amme & Müller GmbH in January 2018. Prior to that she gained experience in grain export and inspection of agricultural commodities through her role in business development and execution in the Agritrade Team at SGS Germany GmbH. Because of her studies at AgroParisTech she is the contact person for international clients and manages the export from Germany with Mr. Martin and Mr. Manzke. Ms. Howaldt has a master’s degree in Agribusiness from the University of Göttingen. In her spare time, she is an enthusiastic sailor and has a passion for France.

Mr. Schumacher is still an important member of the Amme & Müller team since 1999. He is involved in the statistics of Germany’s and the global agriculture and has a consultative role in the team.
